  • In Home Therapist, Master’s Level | Lowell, MA

Trauma and Family Integration (TFI) is seeking master’s level clinicians to work in our In-Home Therapy (IHT) program providing home-based family-centered therapy in Lowell, Lawrence and surrounding areas. IHT is an intensive therapeutic service that provides flexible care to children (21 years old or under) and families. Clinician’s duties include evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, individual & family therapy, crisis intervention, leading the clinical care and collaborating with support staff and other community-based providers. This can be either full- or part-time, and the qualification requirement for this position is Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • In Home Therapy, Bachelor’s Level | Lowell, MA

​

Trauma and Family Integration (TFI) is seeking Bachelors/Associates level clinicians to work in our In-Home Therapy (IHT) program providing home-based family-centered therapy in Lowell, Lawrence and surrounding areas. IHT is an intensive therapeutic service that provides flexible care to children (21 years old or under) and families.

The In-Home Therapy team consists of Master’s and Bachelor’s level clinicians offering a combination of Intensive In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Training and Support to youth with emotional, behavioral and learning challenges under Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) guidelines. The goal is to helping stabilize youth in their home and community environments. 

The BA level In-Home Therapist provides Therapeutic Training & Support designed to assist the youth and family in achieving their treatment goals. Specific responsibilities include identification of community resources and development of natural supports for youth and parent/guardian/caregiver, skills training for youth and parent/caregiver, and coaching in support of decision making in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

This can be full- or part-time, and the qualification requirement for this position is a bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work or related field or Associates degrees in human services. Candidates should have professional experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents and their families. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be familiar with and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity. Reliable transportation and proof of valid driver’s license are also required. Must have at least a minimum of one year of experience working with children or youth.
